Choice Property Management LLC is a locally owned and operated property management company based in Watford City, North Dakota — right in the heart of the Bakken Oil Field. Since 2016, we’ve proudly served the hardworking men and women of the oilfield community by providing reliable, comfortable, and well-maintained housing solutions.

Born and raised in Live Oak, Florida, Jamie relocated to Watford City, North Dakota in 2015, where she joined Choice Property Management during its early stages. By 2017, she had taken over day-to-day operations and has since played a key role in the company's growth and development. With over a decade of dedication, Jamie continues to bring exceptional value and leadership to the organization, helping shape its continued success.  Jamie is married to Jay and together, they have 6 grown children. Any free chance she gets, Jamie travels to their home in Panama City Beach, Florida to soak up some sunshine.

Tammy Maertens- Leasing Agent


Tammy Maertens was born and raised in Watford City, North Dakota, where she continues to call home. She has been married to her husband, Dave, for 18 years, and together they have two children. Outside of work, Tammy enjoys riding her motorcycle, spending time at the lake, and supporting her kids at their sporting events. Well known and deeply rooted in the community, Tammy is admired for her generosity and commitment to giving back to the place that has given her so much throughout her life.

Cory Grossman- Maintenance Supervisor

Cory Grossman was born and raised in Michigan before making Watford City, ND his home in 2012. He and his wife, Dianeli, are proud parents to two energetic boys who keep them on their toes. A dedicated New England Patriots fan, Cory also enjoys playing golf whenever he has a bit of free time.

Since joining Choice Property Management in 2018, Cory has served as our Maintenance Supervisor, working diligently to ensure that all of our properties are well-maintained, safe, and looking their best. His strong work ethic and attention to detail make him an essential part of our team.
